One of the benefits of membership in the Magi Society is that all members
are allowed to download and use our MagiSoft
computer software program. MagiSoft was designed to help our members conduct
research into, and analyze, various types of astrology. Although MagiSoft allows our members to conduct certain forms of research into Financial Astrology, MagiSoft was not specifically designed to be a program for conducting research into Financial Astrology. We introduced MagiSoft in 1998 and it has been a resounding success. We improve the program regularly and we have added many capabilities to the program since its initial introduction. Since 1998, many of our members have asked us to add capabilities to the MagiSoft program that specifically enable the users to conduct extensive research into Financial Astrology. Although we did add capabilities to MagiSoft that help our members to conduct research into Financial Astrology, we never added all the financial astrology research capabilities to MagiSoft that our members hoped we would. Instead, we decided to design and create a new program just for Financial Astrology Research. In June of 2004, the Magi Society introduced MagiOracle, which is our latest software program and it was designed specifically for those who are interested in conducting research into Financial Astrology. There are presently several versions of MagiOracle ranging in price from $275 to $675 and we plan to continually develop and offer more advanced versions of MagiOracle. But MagiOracle is not meant to be a replacement for MagiSoft and MagiSoft still has capabilities that no other astrology software program has, including MagiOracle. For this reason, although MagiOracle is the Magi Society's official Financial Astrology Research program, some members would still wish to conduct certain types of research into Financial Astrology by using MagiSoft. For example, MagiSoft is still the only computer program in the world that calculates Magi Quads and Midpoint Crossings. The Magi Society thanks you for your support and we wish to have a lifelong and honest relationship with all of our members. We want you to understand that although we provide our members with computer software that helps them to conduct research into Financial Astrology, we nonetheless want our members to know that we have always warned that it is NOT possible to make money using astrology. Some people have the impression that they can get rich by using astrology - this is not the case and if this were true, then astrologers would be rich, but they are not. We have never said anyone can make money using any form of astrology and our books and our websites clearly warn that you cannot make money using astrology. Before you may download any of our software programs, you must acknowledge that we have warned you that you cannot make money using astrology and you must agree to be bound by our following Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. (If you do not agree, you may receive a refund of the entire purchase price by sending us an email to magiastro@aol.com and asking us for a refund. Please be sure to include your name and address if you ask for a refund). MAGI does NOT claim that you or anyone else can make money in the financial markets or anywhere else by using astrology, nor do we advise that anyone even try to make money by using astrology. Instead, we have advised everyone to heed our warning and advice that it is NOT possible to make money using astrology. All of our software programs' functions have been designed and written only to provide our clients with a tool for research and/or entertainment. MAGI assume no responsibility whatsoever for any interpretations or decisions you may make, based on the output of our software programs. By using MagiSoft, or MagiOracle, or any of the MAGI programs, you agree that The Magi Associates, Inc. and Magi Astrologers Worldwide Corporation and the Magi Society and all of our officers, stockholders and employees shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss whatsoever, caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on the MagiSoft, or MagiOracle, or other MAGI programs, or on any content, goods or services available on or through any of our websites or resources, no matter what you may have incurred in losses or damages, including but not limited to, direct or indirect losses or lost profits, or lost opportunities, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, emotional distress, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the program or service, or any information provided by us. In no event shall The Magi Associates, Inc. and Magi Astrologers Worldwide Corporation and the Magi Society or any of their affiliates be liable collectively for any total damages greater than the original cost of the MagiOracle program or $675 US whichever is the lesser, no matter what you may have incurred in losses or damages, including direct or indirect losses or lost profits or lost opportunities of any kind whatsoever. If for any reason you had a misunderstanding about anything as stated above and/or you do not agree to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and Disclaimer, then you may not use MagiSoft or MagiOracle or any MAGI program - instead, please immediately email us at magiastro@aol.com and we will refund to you the full purchase price of the software program(s) you purchased from MAGI.
